Intro to Ableton
Unlock the potential of Ableton Live in this six-week course, held every Saturday from 3/25 to 4/29. We designed each two-hour class (12-2 PM) to equip you with the knowledge and skills to create and collaborate using digital instruments, VSTs, MIDI, Automation, and FXs. As you make your first original song in Ableton, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the user interface and rhythmic music theory. This in-person introductory small-group course is perfect for instrumentalists, music producers, and DJs looking to make the most of their weekends by learning an industry-standard DAW, meeting other creatives, or beginning their musical careers.

Intro to Vocal Technique
Have you always wanted to be a singer but have never had formal training? Are you already an accomplished instrumentalist who wants to step up to the mic or a complete beginner in the music industry with big dreams? Learn how to sing in our new Saturday Intro to Vocal Technique class in a lively, supportive small class setting. In the course, you’ll learn proper singing techniques to improve your range, projection, and pitch while keeping your voice strong and healthy. The course will focus on R&B and Pop styles and include theory and ear training to help you become a well-rounded singer and musician.
This course is also an opportunity for actors and dancers to increase their skillset to audition for more roles. Additionally, it can help Wall Street professionals improve their public speaking skills. The voice projection, control, and confidence you gain from singing can help you improve your work presentations while learning a new musical talent.

Intro to Serato DJ
Join us every Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 for six weeks for this comprehensive weekend course for aspiring DJs. Learn the industry-standard Serato DJ software through interactive, hands-on classes taught by our mentors, who actively work in the music business. In the course, you’ll learn the basics of DJing, how to build crates, and transition between tracks to create your own DJ mixes. While you prepare to perform your final mix for the class, you’ll learn scratching techniques, rhythm theory, and counting beats. This class is for beginner DJs to learn their fundamentals in a small-group setting from industry pros!

Drummers 2-Week Intensive Program
The 2-Week Drum Intensive Program will get you equipped with all skills necessary to be a successful musician in today’s modern music industry. Join us five days a week (Monday – Friday) at our state-of-the-art facility in New York City, where our industry professionals will give you tips, tricks, and mentorship based on real world experiences. Classes start on 6/5.
Topics include:
- Analyzing and performing multiple styles such as Jazz, Funk, Latin, Rock, Blues and Pop
- Improve sight reading skills and techniques for recording sessions
- Perform with industry professionals in live ensemble settings
- Learn drum recording and production techniques
DJ & Music Production
2-Week Intensive Program
Announcing the 2-Week Intensive DJ and Producer Intensive Programs for Summer 2023. Join us four days a week in a classroom setting where our professional DJ, Music Business, and Production mentors give you tips, tricks, and education based on real-world experiences. Classes start on 6/19.
During the courses, you’ll cover the following:
- Learn to DJ using the industry standard Serato DJ Software
- Leave with a full recorded DJ mix of your own by the end of the program
- Learn industry-changing Music Production Software, Serato Studio.
- Learn the basics of music theory, rhythm, and arrangement
- Leave with your own production at the end of the program
- Learn specific marketing techniques used by a professional music manager
- Learn about performance rights organizations, registering your tracks, and how to make money off of your beats
